Criticism can be a useful weapon for anyone looking to do work that matters.
The problem is most times the critic has an agenda.
Understanding the critics agenda is the most important. Because they don’t know exactly what we’re trying to do or know what we want or see what we see.
Because criticism can mislead us into hiding.
