The Almighty Formula: Why Your Customers Don’t Talk About You

There are a lot of things wrong with your business or service when your customers can’t talk about you to their friends.

When you pay close attention enough to you know that your customers aren’t spreading your ideas or services or products, it’s clear there must be a problem with your business model or customer experience and you need to fix that before looking for more customers. Because if your customers can’t tell another customer about your product or service you shouldn’t be doing marketing, rather you should be fixing the product or service.

As a small business provider, you might not have a large chunk of money for marketing this is why word of mouth is your greatest weapon.

Get feedback from your existing customer by asking them 1-on-1 or using forms to find out what they’re experiencing and then fix accordingly and watch your business grow exponentially.

Always listen to your customers and they’ll do whatever you ask of them.
